TORINO by tramway

It is an easy and entertaining way to discover the city. A beautiful, a little bit nostalgic, circular itinerary along the great boulevards of Turin, lined by trees, lasting approximately one hour.

THE BOULEVARD TOUR

Piazza Castello, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the journey goes through some of the most striking squares, passing by Porta Nuova railway station facing one the longest boulevard ot Turin, dedicated to the first Italian Kiing Vittorio Emanuele II, whose bust dominate from the top of four columns. On the way you will be able to see also some fine examples of the Art Nouveau Architecture.

The panoramic tour by tram allows the visitors to get an overview of the city, by exploring places which are far away from the pedestrian area, and therefore difficult to reach by foot.

Subsequently, the guided tour continues on foot to discover some of the most important sites of the city center.

This tour is dedicated to my father, who after having worked for many years on tramways, continued to love and use them until he could.
